"Complaints, Grievances, Member Rights and Responsibilities" takes place on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.- 2:15 p.m. Please join Beacon Staff Nancy Cader and Erin Leuthold as they provide an easy to understand overview of the complaints and grievances process. Beacon’s Prevention, Education and Outreach Manager, Sue Klaus, will review HealthChoices member’s Rights and Responsibilities.
