Fayette County Health Center - Braddock Room 100 New Salem Road (Basement), Uniontown, PA, United StatesPartners is a community support program to help improve services, systems of care, and supports for those being treated for substance use and mental health issues. Meetings are open to anyone with an interest in mental health issues and advancing the quality of life for members and people with mental health.
