Partners For Recovery Art Show

Partners is a community support program to help improve services, systems of care, and supports for those being treated for substance use and mental health issues. Meetings are open to anyone with an interest in mental health issues and advancing the quality of life for members and people with mental illness. As a outreach project, the group will be hosting an Art Show featuring individuals works on Friday, April 20, 2018  from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM at The East End United Community Center. Light Refreshments will be served and individuals projects will be judged by an outside entity.

The goals of the Art Show are:

1) To reduce stigma associated with mental health issues

2) To promote healing and recovery through visual art

3) To promote the work of local artists who are in recovery.
